I am not receiving notifications

Why am I not receiving notifications?

There are a number of possible reasons for not receiving notifications. In order of the most common reasons:

• Check that you have a selected profile for the topics for which you expect the notifications. To check your profile:
  1. Run the App.
  2. Click on the menu icon (top right)
  3. Click on Profile
  4. Choose one or more categories / subcategories.
  5. Click the save icon (Top right)
